We all carry so much potential within us, however in fully showing this potential and “putting it into action” we often hold ourselves back. When we do unleash our potential, it creates a big shift and makes us come alive.

This first entire evening is devoted to the question: “Who am I really?”. We go beyond the protection layers we build around ourselves and become more open and vulnerable in our connection to ourselves and each other.

This is an opportunity to show up for yourself and make a commitment to live life to the fullest. An essential piece of our focus is on reconnecting with others as well. When true connections are made, there is a unique kind of energy that can be felt. For these workshops we are inviting people who are willing to create time for authentic and in depth interactions.
